You Know You Should Automate Something. Here's Where to Start.

You do not need to audit every process in the company before you automate one thing. Look at what your team did by hand this week.

Make a short list

Write down the tasks that happen repeatedly: copying details from an email into another system, building the same report, sending the same follow-up, checking whether a form has everything it needs.

Pick one and time it. Include the time spent fixing mistakes and chasing missing details. Then multiply by how often it happens. The task that feels most annoying is not always the one costing the most.

Look for a manageable first build

We usually start with work that repeats often, has clear rules and touches fewer systems. It is easier to test, easier for your team to trust and faster to get running.

If every request needs a different judgement call, work out which parts follow rules and which parts need a person. You may still be able to automate the preparation without handing over the decision.

Try one thing

Get a quote for that one workflow and compare it with the hours it could save. You will learn more from a useful first build than from six months of talking about "using AI."

If you have a list and cannot decide what comes first, book a 15-minute call. That is usually where we start.
