Annual planning is paid in full when the session is booked, or in 12 monthly payments of $336 — paying once saves $672. The year of software covers you and everyone who attends the session.
Quarterly sessions are invoiced when booked and include your updated plan inside Next 12 and a follow-up check-in. Available to existing planning clients or teams bringing their own annual plan.

Billed monthly with no long-term contract. The first user is free permanently and you can cancel at any time.
The done-for-you setup is entirely optional: send us your plan, teams, meetings and numbers and we put everything in place before you log in. Skip it and set up your own at no cost.

50% once you approve the quote, 50% when you’ve signed off on the finished build. If the scope changes, we agree the cost and timing before moving ahead.
Not included: third-party software and usage fees. Ongoing support is optional — manage it yourself at no additional cost, or have us manage it for a monthly fee agreed before launch.
